With Concept Ready we introduce a new foot orthotics concept designed specifically for the daily needs of clinics, orthotic workshops, and retailers. It reduces workload, speeds up processes and ensures reliable patient care – even during busy periods.

Concept Ready is based on pre-configured foot orthotic blanks that are designed to require only minimal adjustments. The blank is as close as possible to the final foot orthotic, reducing additional processing steps to a minimum. All foot orthotics in the Concept Ready come with a top cover.

Next step in 3D printing
Concept Ready represents the next stage in the development of our 3D printing portfolio: proven models are further refined, while new treatment approaches are added.
For the first time, 3D-printed orthotics are also available with a pre-laminated top cover. You can choose between a bold neon design, classic dark blue, or a cushioned version for extra comfort.
At the same time, we are expanding the portfolio to supportive 3D-printed foot orthotics.The new models cover a range of indications – from a universal solution for flatfoot (pronation) conditions to more specific applications such as heel spur and hallux rigidus relief.
